Job Description
The person in this role will:
Hourly rate based on experience – range between $30.00-$35.00/hr. Hours will be tracked via Branson's online payroll system. This role is not eligible for benefits.

Job Description
The person in this role will:
- Review AI-generated Spanish translations for accuracy and style, correcting errors in accordance with Branson's style guide and best practices in writing and editing.
- Directly translate a wide range of communications from English to Spanish, including: email messages, Google forms, weekly "BULLetin" e-newsletter, handbooks, brochures, and more.
- Use Finalsite, Branson's email and website CMS to design and build email messages in Spanish as directed.
- Receive assignments and track workflow in a Google sheet (Branson's Communications Calendar).
- Update and maintain Branson's translation style guide.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills in English and Spanish
- Strong bilingual interpretation skills; the ability to convey the non-literal meaning of a phrase
- Ease and experience with Google suite applications
- Experience in Finalsite's CMS editor is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- The ability to deliver on deadlines and work quickly and efficiently – this work is highly time sensitive
- Attention to detail in grammar and punctuation
- Flexibility; the ability to commit to a specific weekly schedule and to work on short notice when required
- Tact and discretion; at times this role will give access to information that is not yet available to the Branson community as a whole.
- Patience and a sense of humor!
- Hours per week will vary depending on the tasks to be done. Expect a minimum of 2 hours a week and an occasional maximum of 10. Most weeks will average 3-5 hours.
- Remote work is encouraged/preferred.
- This is a year-round role, though the needs are lighter between June and July.
